Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All P. G. Martin products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects:

  • Suitcases: 5-year warranty
  • Other products (bags, accessories, etc.): 1-year warranty

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or transit damage.

For warranty claims, provide your original receipt or completed warranty card. Contact us at hello@pgmartin.com.au to initiate the process.

How do I return or exchange a product?

  • Returns must be unused and in resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • Postage for returns is your responsibility. Tracked delivery is recommended.
  • To return an item, fill out the return form on our portal: Returns Portal
  • Incorrect or faulty items can also be returned through the same portal.

Processing time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

How long does delivery take?

  • Metropolitan areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery times may be longer during sale events. All orders within Australia are free shipping.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Changing your delivery address: Must be done before the order is packed and dispatched. Once shipped, details cannot be updated.

No. At the moment, we only deliver within Australia.

Yes, changes or cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
