Product Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase. P. G. Martin guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the duration stated in the warranty. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet stringent standards. If a problem arises with this P. G. Martin product (the “Product”) due to manufacturing defects, P. G. Martin will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transport damage (e.g., by airlines). Unauthorized or incorrect maintenance or repairs void this warranty.

For warranty claims, present the completed warranty card or original receipt of purchase. The Service Centre will determine if the problem is covered by our warranty. If so, the Product will be repaired or replaced at P. G. Martin's expense, including any costs to return the repaired or replacement product to you. If the Product is no longer available, a comparable P. G. Martin product will be substituted.

This warranty adds to the rights, conditions, guarantees, and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under this law. Please get in touch with us via hello@pgmartin.com.au to organise a return of your product. You will be solely liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred in facilitating the Warranty Claim. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase to validate this warranty. Product Locks are designed to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft, breakage, or access by airline or airport personnel or government authorities. Inspect your Product immediately after handling by others. If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company at the place of arrival before clearing customs.
