  • Regional areas: Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
  • During high-volume sale events, delivery times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.

  • Free Delivery for all orders to any address within Australia.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • If shipping to a business address, please include the company name to avoid issues.
  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email and mobile.

  • Changes can only be made before an order is packed and dispatched. Once shipped, the address and any other order details cannot be updated.

Returns & Refunds

Returning an Order

Not completely satisfied? You can return unused items in re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. The cost of returning your items by post is your responsibility in the case of an unwanted or unsuitable purchase(s). Tracked delivery is recommended as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed.
